Memory Garden

Memory Garden – 10th Ave and 2nd St. NE in Altona

“Memory is the best of all gardens. Therein, winter and summer, the seeds of their past lie dormant, ready to spring into instant bloom at any moment the mind wishes to bring them to life.” – Hal Boyle

If you have lost someone and would like to plant a shrub, perennial, annual or cedar in his or her memory, you can do so at our annual Memory Garden Service and planting ceremony. You can purchase a plant by calling the Recreation Office (204) 324-9005.

If you have purchased a gift certificate, you will be contacted once the plant list is finalized.
